2. You are not to use the app/website through any inappropriate means. Any interface other than provided by us of the app or the website is not permitted for usage.

3. You are to report any content that you may come across through other users while using our services and consider offensive. We are not liable for any content you might be exposed to through other users.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide. You are not to, directly or indirectly, violate the rights of others while using the services on the app or the website.

5. You are not allowed to act like any other person or falsely represent yourself as anyone while using our services

6. You are not to share any document that might infringe the rights of any legal entity

7. You are to ensure that the files you share are not corrupted/contain a virus or might damage the software of the app or the website

8. You are not allowed to use the services of this app/website for any purpose that is illegal, infringe the rights of third parties, aids the performance of unlawful activities, or might prohibit these terms and conditions

9. Using the services provided by the app or the website for purposes that may be threatening to the unity and integrity of India is not permitted

10. Publishing false information about the app/website or the app/website’s services inside or outside India is restricted

11. Directly or indirectly offering to deal in any illegal manner, going against the laws, and promoting unlawful provisions is not permitted

We have the ability to reveal any information to any law enforcement or government official for legal purposes. We aren’t liable in any condition in which we, in our discretion, would feel it appropriate to disclose any information about you to the authorities. You are to agree that you understand our discretion in disclosing the information in situations of possible crimes or injury. We are not responsible to oversee the content on the website or the app. We will have the right to edit or omit any content available on the website/app. You will be solely responsible for any type of content that you share on the app and under no condition will ever be liable for content that you post. You are to have all the necessary rights to share the content that you post on the website/app. You will be responsible for the infringement of rights of third parties by any content shared by you.

Our Responsibilities and Liabilities for Services Provided:

1. We have taken the step to bring the healthcare services to your doorstep and Our technicians will inform you regarding the details about when they will arrive. However, if due to any miss happening or adverse condition our technician is unable to reach you within the designated time, we will not be liable for any loss of life or any other loss whatsoever.

2. We will not be liable for any delay in time that our technicians would take to reach you. The time informed by our technicians will be an approximate figure taken according to the circumstances, but any situation otherwise responsible for the delay would not be something that we can be held liable for.

3. We would try our best to send a female technician when the patient is female and a male one when the patient is male, but any change in the gender of the technician according to the circumstances would not be our responsibility as this condition is not an absolute one but would depend on the availability of the technicians at hand.

4. Our reporting services are provided by a (Tricog) third party, by a Banglore-based registered medical practitioner. The delay in reporting time and the results of the interpretation of the report would not be our responsibility. The false interpretation of the report by the (Tricog) third party would not be our liability. Our main service is to provide you with an ECG test and any miss happening or discrepancies in the interpretation report would not be placed under our responsibilities.
